I saw this on Brownstoner yesterday.
They are doing a series of posts chronicling the development (and eventually I assume) the construction of a series of townhouses in Brooklyn.
On the one hand, I’m happy that the idea of building green is trickling down and that developers want to build healthier houses but like all of us, it’s still so difficult to know where to start and how to proceed and how to define what is “green”. I firmly believe though, that with enough of us committed to building more sustainably, building green will be a much easier endeavor in the near future.
